Project Coordinator

Job Description
As a Project Coordinator, you will work closely with various product owners, project managers, designers, developers and ensure the smooth delivery of projects through excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Providing support to project managers and business leaders by running the day-to-day operations of the project.
- Being the guardian of the goals of the project – and ensuring milestones and outcomes are met
- Capturing detailed project documentation such as project plans, meeting minutes and reports.
- Collecting and analysing data associated with projects undertaken
- Defining detailed user stories, functional requirements specifications and acceptance criteria
- Coordinating and communicating to stakeholders
- Managing logistics of project delivery and administrative support such as setting up of purchase orders, contracts, invoices, etc.
Ideally, you :
- Are highly organised, proactive, with a can-do attitude
- Have strong stakeholder management skills across all levels
- Analytical by nature, with a keen eye for detail
- Have experience in project coordination/administration roles
