Develop and implement B2B marketing strategy to articulate TikTok's value proposition to our partners -- including media agencies, resellers, creative agencies and industry associations
Develop messaging, narratives and collaterals to engage media partners in Southeast Asia
Work closely with global marketing teams to localise strategies and campaigns targeted at media agency partners
Work closely with sales, PR, product and other cross-functional teams to drive partner marketing programs
Activate integrated marketing campaigns including partner training, events, PR, advertising, social media and industry partnerships to engage media agencies
5-8 years of experience in marketing, communications, consulting or business strategy
Experience in media, advertising or technology industries
Excellent written and verbal communications in English; candidates who can speak an additional Southeast Asian language preferred (Bahasa Indonesia, Thai or Vietnamese)
Strong understanding of the advertising industry and media agency landscape in Southeast Asia
Track record of working with and influencing sales & other cross-functional teams
Experience developing integrated marketing strategies and executing go-to-market plans
