Introduction to the role:
The Customer Success team accelerates customer success by understanding the needs of advertisers, activating partner solutions, and connecting customers to the right partners. The Customer Success Manager will be part of an APAC team responsible for driving the adoption of partner solutions, working closely with the sales teams and clients.
The Customer Success Manager is at the forefront of our mission to become the primary way that people and businesses communicate, enabled through our partner ecosystem. This is a fast-paced, high-performing, and strategic role which requires excellent business acumen, experience working with clients and partners alike, creativity, critical thinking and technical aptitude to grow the base for enterprise companies. You'll leverage your track record of success in enabling partner solutions to achieve these goals.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with sales and cross-functional teams to. Success in this position requires a strong understanding of using advertising and marketing technology solutions to meet business objectives.
