The Opportunity: Over the last six years our product has exploded in the market with year over year revenue growth. We are creating the Partner Success roles in the region to manage and advocate ongoing relationships with key strategic partners, including managed services providers and resellers. Our ultimate goal is nurturing and developing partnerships that drive partner satisfaction and platform adoption through on-boarding and partner education. This is a great opportunity for you to join a cloud software company and help blaze the path for our company's growth. You Will:

  • Partner with sales (Partner Sales Managers) to ensure smooth transition and on-boarding experience
  • Partner with sales (Partner Sales Managers) in executing the full sales billing & growth cycle for the over 100K contracts
  • Partner with technical (Partner Solution Architect) team to manage enablement schedule & requests from partner portal
  • Proactively build relationships with strategic partner accounts to achieve loyalty
  • Become a trusted advisor to the partner in leveraging the solution effectively to meet their business growth goals
  • Monitor and analyze usage trends to uncover renewal risks and identify opportunity for contract growth/optimization
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal Datadog teams (support, product, finance, and legal)

  • Partner/customer-minded, always trying to provide the most value possible
  • Able to manage a wide portfolio of partner accounts who are managing commercial to large enterprise corporate accounts
  • Passionate about building long term and lasting relationships
  • A strong communicator with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excited by working in an ever-evolving, fluid and fast-paced solution focused environment
Bonus:
  • Have prior Customer Success experience
  • Have experience dealing with DevOps stakeholders in the past
  • Bold on the phones, and creative in your emails
  • Experienced in the SaaS/cloud industry
  • Able to travel for partner onsite visits & events as required
