You will be part of GrabAcademy, the Training & Partnerships team dedicated to provide holistic learning and development support for our driver-, delivery-, and merchant-partners.
The role co-leads the Grab SkillsFuture Queen Bee initiative, a nationwide upskilling programme launched by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG). Through this initiative, Grab supports Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in the Food Services, eCommerce & Retail sectors to bridge skills gaps and meet their needs.
Additionally, you will be involved in training facilitation and delivery, marketing, business development and related activities to create meaningful impact for our partners, consumers, and the community.
Get to Know the Role
You will report to the Head of Training Strategy and Partnerships, at the Grab Tampines office, to lead the implementation of skills, training solutions and interventions to achieve business growth and transformation for the network of Grab partners and SMEs within our value chain.
