Partners Servicing Executive

Job Description
We are looking to hire a Partners Servicing Executive to support in the servicing of strategic landlord partners which are leading firms in their respective industries.The ideal candidate is meticulous, numerate, works well under pressure, a critical-thinker and problem solver.This is an administrative support role with an account servicing element.
- Facilitate advertisement campaign approvals by liaising with internal and external parties such as sales and campaign management teams as well as landlords and government agencies.
- Apply government licensing for advertising sites and campaigns.
- Compile and prepare sales reports (MS Excel & Power BI) to landlords each month.
- Communicate promptly and effectively with all stakeholders including landlord partners to ensure smooth campaign implementations. May be required to attend night installations on some occasions.
- Prepare business update presentations using MS Powerpoint, Minutes of meetings and any other tasks as assigned.
- Support in any other tasks as assigned.
- Possess a Diploma in Business or Marketing with at least 2-3 years' experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong administrative and coordination competencies.
- Self-initiated and highly collaborative.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Power BI.
- Good interpersonal, organization and time-management skills.
