There are no typical profiles, each and every team member shares our vision and wants to be part of its success:About the role and the Partnerships teamAs a Partnerships Manager, you\'ll be a part of an ambitious team responsible for building an nurturing our partner ecosystem. You\'ll build close relationships with partners in your region to fuel Teamtailor\'s revenue growth on a global level.As our first Partnerships Manager in Singapore you will be part of building the market presence from scratch. There is already a local sales team in Singapore and we are seeing big potential for launching partnerships in the region. The role will be focused on building and nurturing a high performing partner portfolio. Regardless of partner type you will work to consistently ensure new partner sourced opportunities and work towards mutually beneficial partner collaborations.You\'ll be a part of the Partnerships Team which currently has 9 members around the world and you\'ll work closely with our Head of Partnerships ( ) and the rest of the team ( and ). You will also work very closely with the regional team in Singapore.Your key responsibilities will be to: \xf0\x9f\xa4\x93

• Build and nurture a strong revenue creating portfolio of partners in your region
• Manage and build long-term strategic business relationships to create win-win-win situations
• Lead strategic thinking on how we accelerate our growth through partnerships in your region
• To drive revenue growth through partnerships in Singapore
• Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success to identify and take action on partner needs and growth opportunities
• Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge about industry benchmarks and our application and service
• Co-Develop and maintain the Go-to-market strategy for Singapore
• Own and execute on partner marketing activities within your region
