Summary

Partnership Manager will help drive the next stage of Nomad\xe2\x80\x99s growth via global partnerships.

In this role you will be a core member of the Nomad Growth team and have a hand in shaping Nomad\xe2\x80\x99s young brand in the travel space. We expect that you care deeply about the quality of your work, the intrinsic worth of tasks, and the success of the team. You are self-disciplined and do not require micromanagement, both in terms of your skillset and work ethic.

You are able to manage multiple projects, have an analytical mind, pay keen attention to detail, and love to get your hands dirty. As the global partnerships lead, you will lead Nomad\xe2\x80\x99s partnership efforts across our two key Partnerships streams - Travel Partnerships and Affiliate Partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Create a partnership strategy and go to market plan that includes the following sectors\xe2\x80\x93 airlines, hotels, travel booking sites, travel agencies, cruise lines, attractions, and corporate expense management services.
  • Agree on partnership KPIs and milestones with Nomad management for 3, 6 and 12 months.
  • Develop a crisp partner value proposition and compelling marketing materials.
  • Raise awareness for the Nomad brand within designated travel sectors.
  • Build a pipeline of travel partnership opportunities.
  • Create standard partnership deal templates and agreements with input from Nomad management and legal teams.
  • Structure and negotiate deals with individual travel partners that drive awareness, user growth and revenue for the Nomad brand.
  • Track performance and report on outcomes of travel partnerships post-launch.
  • Execute and track program deliverables, milestones, action items, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in partnerships within the travel sector
  • Experience working in travel, leisure, hospitality companies is a plus.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business or marketing.
  • Excellent spoken English - able to engage, persuade and close partnerships.
  • Excellent organizational skills (planning, goal setting, attention to detail).
  • Partner-first mentality and a passion to help your stakeholders succeed while creating win-win relationships
  • Track record of closing win-win partnership deals with concrete results.
  • Strong business analytical skills with a data-driven mindset to managing metrics
  • Able to take ownership of initiatives and execute on ideas quickly, especially in environments where there are no \xe2\x80\x9cright answers\xe2\x80\x9d; love working in a startup environment and building things from 0 to 1.
  • Able to work in a remote, global team.
