Parts Administration Executive / Admin Executive [ Navision System / Shipping Term / Lc ]

Job Description
- Working day : Mon - Fri, 8.30 am to 6.00pm
- Locations: Pasir Ris / Changi
- Shipping / Logistics / LC / Navision / Delivery
- Export / Import / Admin / Freight / Invoice / Shipment / Documents
Requirements:
- At least 2 relevant experience in shipping / logistics
- Knowledge of shipping term, LC and Navision system.
- At least diploma or degree in logistics or other related.
- Receiving & processing of spare parts order from dealer network.
- Work closely with customers, factories and freight forwarders to ensure timely shipment and delivery.
- Perform order processing duties - verifying all invoice related to part processing & ensure recording the movement of all spare part to achieve a smooth & error free to Navision system
- Swift response to customers enquiry, & shipment enquiries
- Up to date documentation filing.
- Compilation & distribution to Dealer of yearly part price list & any interim price adjustment from factories
