TYNG Advisory is hiring ! As part of our business expansion plans, we are seeking suitable candidates with enthusiasm and dynamic personality to join us as part-time (weekdays) admin assistant based in our Singapore office.
Roles and Responsibilities
What you will be doing
Attend to client enquiries and correspond with them via emails, tele-meetings, in-person meetings and administration of appointments
Adhere to our company\xe2\x80\x99s Code of Practice and client service standards to achieve operational, productivity and quality objectives
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and special projects as assigned by the director
Assist with research on consumer trends, identifying market demand in customer demographics
Provide support on various aspects of business development initiatives including lead generation, brand management and marketing campaigns
Who are we looking for ?
Candidates must possess at least a GCE \xe2\x80\x98A\xe2\x80\x99 level and above
At least 1 year of working experience
Self-motivated, proactive and have a sense of responsibility
Strong in relationship building and have the maturity to handle clients from a wide range of background
Effective organisational skills, ability to multi-task and prioritise own workload
Must be well groomed and possesses an energetic and friendly disposition
Be honest and sincere when dealing with clients and deliver our services based on trust, passion and professionalism
Computer literacy with practical experience in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
Strong written and verbal communications skills in English and Mandarin are essential
Results oriented and able to work independently
Attention to detail and accuracy in gathering and communicating information
