Job Description


We are seeking suitable candidates with enthusiasm and dynamic personality to join us as part-time (weekdays) admin assistant based in our Singapore office.

Roles and Responsibilities

What you will be doing

  • provide general administrative support to our estate planning operations
  • Assist with scheduling of customer appointments
  • Provide support on various sales and marketing initiatives including lead generation, social media and marketing campaigns Other admin duties as needed

Who are we looking for ?
  • Candidates must possess at least a GCE \xe2\x80\x98A\xe2\x80\x99 level and above
  • At least 1 year of working experience
  • Self-motivated, proactive and have a sense of responsibility
  • Effective organisational skills, ability to multi-task and prioritise own workload
  • Must be well groomed and possesses an energetic and friendly disposition
  • Computer literacy with practical experience in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills in English is essential Results oriented and able to work independently

Working Hours and Compensation Working days : at least 3 days per week Working hours : please indiciate preference; 1 pm to 6 pm or 9 am to 5 pm (full day) Salary : Hourly paid ($15)
