Responsibilities:

• Assist in the day-to-day operation of Admin and Operations functions.
• Admin duties including data entry, database housekeeping, filing of documents, etc.
• Other general administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Prior experience in Customer service-related role.
• Comfortable with email and phone client communications
• Proficient in Google Docs, Sheets, Slides.
• Excellent command of English language; preferably able to converse in Mandarin
• Able to work independently
• Initiative and meticulous
• Able to perform under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Working Hours:

• Working days: Saturday or Sunday only
• Working hours: 10 am-6 pm (1-hour lunch break)
• Salary: $8/hr (negotiable)
• Office located at Somerset.
