Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and personable

Part-Time Personal Assistant

to provide administrative support, coordinate meetings, and assist with daily operational tasks, including making outbound calls to prospects and contacts.

Key Responsibilities



Organize and coordinate meetings, including scheduling and preparation of materials Conduct

outbound cold calls

to arrange appointments or follow up with leads Perform administrative duties such as filing, documentation, and correspondence Create and edit materials using

Canva

Prepare and maintain spreadsheets in

Excel

for reporting and tracking purposes Manage errands and on-site tasks as required

Role Details



On-site position Minimum 18 hours per week, with flexible scheduling Varied tasks in a supportive environment

Requirements



Proficient in

Excel

and

Canva

Comfortable and confident with phone calls to new contacts Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
