Key Responsibilities
Greet and take orders with a friendly manner
Prepare hot & cold beverages (espresso, lattes, tea, etc.) following standardized recipes
Operate grinders, espresso machines, brewers, and finish milk-based drinks (including latte art)
Handle payments (cash, card) accurately
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and workspace
Adhere to health & safety regulations and cafe policies
Engage with customers--answer questions, make recommendations, upsell specialty drinks
Work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience as a barista or in food/beverage service is preferred (min 1?year)
Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and milk steaming/grinding techniques
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
Basic math competency and POS register experience
Flexibility in scheduling (shift-based), reliable punctuality
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; certifications like SCA or food safety training are a plus

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
