Execute operational excellence with the following tasks:
Preparation of coffee and tea beverages (prior experience welcome but not necessary)
Preparation of hot desserts (prior experience welcome but not necessary)
- Handling customer enquiries in store - Possess good interpersonal skills, listening and communication skills
Maintaining store cleanliness (dine-in area, display shelves, work area, cutlery)
Knowledge of handling POS systems and various payment processing methods
Operation of coffee machine and serving of drinks
Monitor and maintain stock levels for ingredients and supplies; restock when necessary and alert supervisors of low stock
Job Requirements:
Able to speak good English
Maintain quality control procedures
Project a positive and professional image
