Job Description

  • Provide excellent customer service to walk-in and call-in customers
  • Perform general administrative duties.
  • Recommend music courses, enrolment, collect school fees.
  • Sales of books/music instruments and inventory management.
  • Assist in statistical compilations - payment backlog, sales and fees revenue, student intake/drop out, etc
Requirements
  • Possess at least a GCE 'O' Level
  • Proficiency in MS Office including MS Excel
  • Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work 3 to 4 days a week
  • Able to work at retail hours ( nights and weekends )
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 30 per weekSalary: $9.00 - $10.00 per hourSchedule:
  • Night shift
  • Weekend availability
Education:
  • GCE 'O' Level or GCE 'N' Level (Preferred)
