The HR Admin Assistant will support the HR team with administrative and operational tasks, including:
Maintaining employee records in HR systems and databases
Assisting in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
Handling HR documentation, leave tracking, and payroll support
Supporting employee engagement activities and responding to HR queries
Ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws
Work Permit & Labor Pass Operations (WPOL):
preparing, submitting, and renewing Work Permits, S Passes, and other employment passes; coordinating with MOM and other authorities; maintaining accurate records; supporting induction and clearance processes
Assisting in HR reporting and other administrative tasks as required
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in HR administration is a plus
Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Detail-oriented, able to handle confidential information, and self-motivated
