We have over 30 year's combined experience in dedicated women's health physiotherapy. Be part of our passionate, dedicated and experienced team: : . Perform front-line customer service support . Operate basic computer applications and handle incoming calls, emails, bookings and inquiries . Assist in scheduling future appointments and other related bookings via Clinic software, emails, and Whatsapp messages . Send reminders to patients for upcoming appointments . Taking payments accurately . Maintain cleanliness of clinic and front desk and physiotherapy rooms . Administrative duties as per assigned Requirements: . Non smoker . Good communication skills . Able to multitask . Friendly, positive, meticulous, and a team player. . Responsible and follows through with tasks given. . Willing to learn . Must be self motivated and able to work with minimal supervision. . Able to start immediately .Permanent part time position . Training will be provided Working days / Salary: . Mondays, Tuesdays 9am - 3pm . Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays 9am - 2pm . Day shift only . Able to cover when admin staff go on leave . Permanent part time position .
