Job Description
- Responsible for the daily store operations
- Provides excellent customer service and maintains a positive shopping environment consistent with our brand image
- Establish regular contacts with existing and potential customers, maintaining healthy customer relationship
- Keep customers informed on new products or services, changes, etc.
- Manages customer inquiries, feedback and after service matters
- Recommend products based on customers' requirements
- Ensure merchandise is in-stock and displayed on shelves in a presentable manner
- Performing sales transactions
- Constantly providing constructive feedback to the management on various aspects.
- Other duties as assigned
- Sorting, checking and packing of online orders
- Packing of Christmas trees/ decoration
- Stock Taking
- Able to carry loads around 5kg
- Housekeeping duties
- Standing & walking throughout
- No experience welcome to apply
Experience with setting up of Christmas tree and good with decorationMust be able to work weekends and public holidays
