We are one of the largest market research companies in the world, looking for motivated, punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented Surveyors to support us in conducting interviews at Changi Airport in Singapore. Job Requirements:
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 45 per week Salary: $12.50 per hour Schedule:
Must be Fully Vaccinated against COVID-19 Education:
- Carry out Ground Observation and Efficiency Monitoring (GOEM) & Service Quality Survey (SQS) on iPad (provided by the company)
- Intercept and approach Passengers of various backgrounds, nationalities and language capabilities.
- Must be able to commit at least Five (5) shifts/days per week, for a minimum of 3 months
- Must be able to stand for long hours (up to 8 hours, breaks will be provided)
- Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays*
- Cannot be working at airport currently/holding on to airport pass
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
- Singaporean Only
- Completed minimally GCE "N" Level or its equivalent with 3 credits, including English.
- Must be Customer-service oriented.
- Fluent (written and spoken) in English and a second language (preferably Mandarin or Malay).
- Candidates with prior experience at Changi Airport will have an advantage.
