Passenger Services Specialist

Job Description
Assist passengers requiring special assistance during arrivals and departures. Operate buggy vehicles to transport passengers between terminal gates and aircraft. Deliver personalized support to passengers with unique needs, such as those with mobility challenges, unaccompanied minors and elderly travelers.
Requirements
Possess a Diploma or Degree in any discipline. Prior hands-on experience in customer service operations is an advantage. Preferably with 1-2 years of experience in airline or airport customer service. Willing to work on a 6-day roster, including rotating shifts (day and night shift) and public holidays, in line with airport operational requirements. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Must uphold excellent personal grooming and hygiene standards, presenting a neat and professional image at all times.
