NOCI Pasta Bar is an upcoming Italian-inspired casual dining concept under the Goldmoon F&B Group. We specialize in fresh, handcrafted pasta and high-quality ingredients, offering a modern and vibrant dining experience.
We are looking for a passionate and responsible
Outlet Manager
to lead our new Suntec City team.
Job Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow.
Manage and train service and kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food and service quality.
Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and performance monitoring.
Manage inventory, stock ordering, and cost control.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and SFA regulations.
Manage POS and daily sales reports, cash reconciliation, and administrative duties.
Resolve customer feedback professionally and promptly.
Work closely with HQ and management team on promotions and operational improvements.
Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of F&B management experience (Italian / Western dining preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Able to work 6 days per week, including weekends and public holidays.
Good understanding of restaurant operations, hygiene, and service standards.
Proficient in English (Korean speaking is an advantage).
