Morning shift only
Responsible for preparing and producing fresh pasta daily
Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation according to restaurant standards
Maintain a clean and organized pasta section
Work closely with the kitchen team to support service needs

Requirements:
Experience in pasta making (rolling, shaping, and cutting by hand and with machines)
Good understanding of Italian pasta varieties and dough techniques
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
