Job Highlights: Attractive remuneration package AWS + Variable Performance Bonus Passionate, energetic & fun work culture Flexible benefits (Medical/dental) Operate and manage th Job Highlights: Attractive remuneration package AWS + Variable Performance Bonus Passionate, energetic & fun work culture Flexible benefits (Medical/dental) Operate and manage the daily pastry production with a discipline pastry team, meeting the Company operations standards Prepare a wide variety of goods such cakes, cookies, bread etc following as per SOP Decorate pastries using different icings, toppings etc to ensure the presentation will be beautiful and exciting Monitor stocks for baking ingredients and make appropriate orders within the budget Guide and motivate pastry assistants and bakers to work more efficiently Identify staffing needs and help recruit and train personnel Maintain a lean and orderly cooking station and adhere to health and safety standards Requirements Prefer a minimum of 1 years and above of bakery work experience in pastry industry Passion for baking and a positive attitude Possess baking skills and/or pastry preparation Must be able to adhere to health and safety regulations Open-minded and willing to explore new ways of creation Interested candidates, please APPLY now!
