Prepare, weigh and measure ingredients with accuracy.
Making dough, Mousse cream, batter, knee Tart, Pie, Cookies and Cakes.
Layering and Decorating of Pastries and Cakes.
Follow recipes and presentation specifications as set by Patisserie Chef.
Assist in stock taking of ingredients, utensils, supplies and equipment.
Store and / or package ingredients and products neatly and cleanly.
Adhere to Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) of kitchen.
Maintains high standard of personal hygiene, sanitation, cleanliness and safety of kitchen.
Any ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirement
GCE O Level and above
0 - 2 years related experience
