Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and creative

Pastry Chef

to oversee the preparation, baking, and presentation of high-quality desserts and pastries. The ideal candidate must be experienced in pastry techniques, dessert plating, and bakery operations, with strong attention to detail and a passion for innovation.





Key Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and produce a variety of pastries, desserts, cakes, breads, and other baked goods. Develop new dessert menus and seasonal pastry items aligned with the restaurant's concept. Ensure consistency in quality, presentation, and portion control of all pastry items. Monitor stock levels of pastry ingredients and place orders as needed. Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness in the pastry section. Train and supervise junior pastry staff, bakers, or assistants. Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to coordinate production schedules. * Control wastage and manage cost efficiency without compromising quality.
