Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Daily production of pastry products in accordance with specifications from recipes.
• Maintain highest quality and consistent products standards.
• Ensure safe and proper use of equipment at all times.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in and around workstation and strictly abide with health/sanitation regulations.
• Any other ad-hoc duties base on operational needs.

Requirements:

• Certificate in Pastry Skills or its equivalent.
• Preferably 1 year of pastry experience.
• Training will be provided for those who have got no experience but have passion for everything Pastry.
• Need to prepare own Safety Shoe.
• Able to work on weekends/public holidays.
