Your tasks
- Support and guide Singapore and other Asian development teams in all aspects of IP management locally i.e.: IP planning and portfolio management, IP workshops, IP legal / co-operations, Patent Creation Planning
- Support in Asian IP filing strategies (Focus mainly on prosecution)
- Provide specific local Asian information to R&S\' patent filing strategies
- Identify and connect suitable Asian IP law firms and IP service partners according to filing strategies
- Contribute to R&S\' IP processes for the whole R&S group of companies

Your qualifications
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Law
- Patent Attorney in one or more major Asian IP jurisdiction (China, India, Japan, South Korea)
- Several years of experience as a patent attorney in an Asian IP law firm
- Mainly in patent prosecution with direct contact to inventors
- Also experience in consulting clients in IP legal aspects (some litigation experience appreciated)
- Established network within the IP community in at least one major Asian IP jurisdiction
