The purpose of the Patient Experience Office (PEO) is to create and sustain a Healthcare experience that nurtures engagement and enables empowerment for our patients, families, caregivers and staff. This is achieved by:
Building internal capability to deliver the 3E Patient Experience Strategy
Developing education resources and tools to enable patients and caregivers to partner with us towards better health
Managing feedback for continuous learning and improvement of the Healthcare Experience
Facilitating timely and appropriate access for patients and visitors
Curating a retail mix and partnerships that promote learning and active living that uplifts the community
This role offers an exciting opportunity including the development and ongoing review of patient and caregiver information and education resources to: * assist them in understanding the anticipated path forward
