Key Responsibilities

Deliver excellent frontline service to patients, families, and clinical staff. Coordinate and confirm operating theatre bookings to ensure smooth scheduling. Support patient registration, documentation, and insurance claims submission. Generate tax invoices and receipts; maintain accurate records. Manage appointment calendars and follow-up visits efficiently. Ensure strict confidentiality and compliance with healthcare policies. Collaborate closely with clinical teams to optimize patient flow. Provide administrative and clerical support as required.

Requirements

Essential



GCE "O" Level or Diploma in Business Administration / Healthcare Management. Good communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Willingness to work rotating shifts, including alternate Saturdays.

Preferred:



Prior experience in a healthcare, surgical, or clinic environment. Fast learner, adaptable, and able to work in a dynamic environment.
