JOB DESCRIPTION You will provide service to our patients and visitors including patients' registration, bed reservation, appointment scheduling, billing, financial counseling, room assisting and follow-up. JOB REQUIREMENTS GCE 'N'/'O' Level or Diploma or Degree, preferably with working experience in customer service/healthcare industry Pleasant personality with passion for service excellence Good interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and a team player Ability to speak two or more language/ dialects will be an advantage Computer literate Able to work 3 rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays or Permanent Night shift
