Looking for Patient Service Associate/ Call Centre for Healthcare Industry
Location: Islandwide
Working hours: 5.5 days work week
6 month contract convertible to perm
:
- Provide service to our patients and visitors including patients registration, bed reservation, appointment scheduling, billing, financial counselling, and follow up.
- Perform basic admin duties, like data entry, filing.
- Answering phone calls, emails enquiries.
- Other adhoc duties as assigned.
