Patient Service Associate (family Medicine Clinic) (full Time & Temp)

Job Description
:
The Patient Service Associate will provide administrative support to clinic and ensure a smooth flow in the clinic operations.
- Perform counter duties including registration, appointment scheduling, payment collection and dispensing of medication
- Attend to walk in and call in patients\xe2\x80\x99 enquiries
- Manage patients\xe2\x80\x99 feedback and enquiries
- Perform service recovery
- Prepare patients\xe2\x80\x99 records and documentation pre- and post- consultation and procedures
- Provide post-consultation instructions where necessary
- Maintain inventory of office supplies, stationery for clinic
- Perform any duties as assigned
- Minimum secondary education
- Conversant in basic computer skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Cheerful and pleasant personality
- Able to commit to 5.5 day work week - Mon-Fri (full day), Sat (half day)
