Patient Service Associate, Inpatient Ops

Job Description
Job Responsibilities:The incumbent will be the ambassador of the organisation for providing excellent patient service to our customers and shall be responsible to:
- Perform collection of payment for patients
- Conduct financial counselling for patients
- Perform admission, transfer and discharging procedures for patients
- Filing of patient records
- Obtain appointment for patients
- Replenishing inventory when stock is low
- Help in additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisors
- Minimum GCE N Levels with 1 year of working experience in customer service
- Computer literacy in internet, email and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with all levels of staff
- Strong passion to serve the patients
- Willing to work weekends and public holidays ( Work hours are from 9am to 6.25pm, 5 day work-week including Sat)
- Previous experience in healthcare setting is an advantage
