Render assistance to patients when necessary. Collect payment for services rendered and accountable for payment collected. Provide financial counselling to patients. Assist with appointment scheduling for patients' follow up. To maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the wards' counters. Requirement: Minimally a GCE 'N' Levels with 1-2 years of experience in frontline customer service. Comfortable working on rotating shifts, overnight shifts and on weekends / PHs.
