Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Oversees the smooth and efficient running of the clinic counter
  • Attends to patients' enquiries, provide directions and assist with clarifications
  • Assists in registration and billing of patients accurately
  • Makes appointments for follow-up patients
  • Assists patient with Medisave application / financial counselling
  • Assist with doctors' requests relating to patients' management
  • Preparation of consultation rooms
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the Assistant Manager or Senior Executive
Job Requirements:
  • GCE 'N' Level and above
  • At least 1 year of direct frontline customers' service experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
