Location: Novena
Asap till 4 May 2023
Mondays - Fridays: 8am to 5pm
- Attend to patients\' enquiries and provide any clarifications
- Provide relevant service information to callers
- Assist in appointment making for callers
- Maintain basic telephone standards are adhered to
- Ensure general maintenance of work station.
- Assist in phone call reminders and provide resolutions
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Asst / Clinic Operations Executive
- Ensures general housekeeping and cleanliness is maintained
