Who We Need
  • Coordinate and schedule all Health Screening Centre related appointment bookings and ensure slots are effectively optimized.
  • Manage patient registration process and update patient personal records accurately in the system.
  • Explain various health screening packages and charges to patients, process payments, perform daily closing and updating of 3rd party billing.
  • Attend to patients\' enquiries over the phone, email, or at the counter professionally and promptly.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the reception counters and waiting areas.
  • Provide accurate information about clinic services and any additional support services available to patients.
  • Assist to coordinate referrals to specialist clinics within the campus and ensure all necessary documentation is provided.
How to Succeed
  • Possess at least Nitec, GCE \'A\', \'O\', \'N\' Levels in any discipline.
  • Minimum 1-year experience in a customer service position.
  • Work week to follow clinic operating hours: Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm and Saturday: 8am to 1pm.
