Who We Need

We are hiring an experienced Clinic Manager/Assistant Manager to help us keep growing. The Clinic Manager/Assistant Manager provides ongoing leadership for the development and implementation of patient care systems to ensure cost-effective and quality operations of the clinic.

You will be responsible for the following:
  • Management and administration of the Health Screening Centre; which includes scheduling of staff and Doctor rosters, appraisals, training and recruitment.
  • Daily operational problem solving and complaint management to ensure positive patient experience and continued improvement of service delivery.
  • Identify root causes, initiate and implement corrective actions in response to any feedback received .
  • Develop protocols and procedures to improve staff productivity.
  • Initiate, facilitate and implement service and clinical quality improvement measures.
  • Plan, budget and execute workplans and activities to drive revenue and caseloads.
  • Work closely with Marketing team to formulate campaigns and tactical plans.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports, market scan/analysis, propose new screening packages and monitor progress.
  • Ensure compliance with regulation (MOH, PHMC) and certification guidelines for the clinic and all staff members.
How to Succeed
  • Diploma in Nursing or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in clinic / acute hospital setting with at least 2 years in administrative or supervisory role.
  • Clinical and human resource knowledge and management skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical thinking skills and the ability to exercise sound judgement when making decisions.
  • Meticulous and organised in executing various projects and activities simultaneously.
  • Possess strong team spirit.
  • Must be customer service oriented and prepared to liaise with patients, their families and other care providers.
  • Self-motivated and take pride in delivering quality work within the set deadlines.
