Who We Need
Front Office:
Performing reception and front desk duties.
Portering and Triaging duties such as transfer of patients from one location to another.
Attending to all enquires of patients and visitors including phone enquiries.
Able to work on 2 rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays - 5 days work week
Booking Office:
Attending to incoming calls from internal and external stakeholders pertaining Operating theatre bookings/Bed admission requests.
Scheduling surgeries in Operating theatre promptly & accurately
Performing outbound calls to clinics to confirm surgery cases for the next day or if there are any amendments and cancellation.
Attending to bookings/cancellation/amendment requests via chat.
Achieve department KPI\'s and attend to all interactions across all platforms professionally and with high level of service.
Allocate appropriate resources i.e. operating theatre, schedules of surgeons/assistants/equipments.
Performing administrative duties such as blocking of operating theatre in the system/checking that cases are all accurately booked.
To ensure that Operating theatre slots are effectively optimized.
Facilitating bed allocation to maximize the utilization of beds.
Identifying potential bed tight situation and activate contingency plans.
Submit daily statistics to management.
Any other ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned by supervisor.
Able to work on Saturdays - 5 days work week
24-HR Urgent Care Centre:
Providing efficient counter services, supervision of counter, billing and payment services.
Performing registration procedure and collection of payment.
Ensuring that all third party billing are accurately entered for claim processing.
Processing and submitting claims for relevant parties/ companies.
Computing RMO\'s commission on outpatient visits.
Handling of phone enquiries.
Performing screening and portering of patients.
Able to work on 3 rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays - 6 days work week
How to Succeed
Possess at least Diploma, Nitec, GCE \'A\', \'O\', \'N\' Levels in any discipline.
Minimum 1-year experience in a customer service position.
Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
