Responsible for the effective management and operation of Patients' Registration counters including billings and collection matters. Process, respond to requests and handles all general enquiries & feedbacks received from patients Answer incoming telephone calls from patients, clinics and other organizations and deal with enquiries providing non-clinical advice and information. Perform chaperon activities in the absence of the porter. Provide a wheelchair to the patients where and when necessary.Job Requirement At least 1 years' experience in a customer service role preferably in a hospital environment Pleasant personality and service oriented Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills Team player Candidate must be willing to work on rotating shift 5 days work week (Any 5 days in the week which including Weekends & PHs) Working hours: Shift 1 : 6:30am to 4:00pm; orShift 2: 9:30am to 6:00pm; orshift 3: 10am to 19:30pmOccasionally needs to cover night team when down with manpowerNight Shift : 9:00 pm to 7.30 am
