The Payments Officer, Institutional is critical to making this happen and will be primarily responsible for execution & monitoring of daily operations for payments (Cheque, Giro, TT & Cashiers\xe2\x80\x99 Order, etc) and ensure that SLA & accuracy are met at all time.

Key accountabilities of this role will be

Improve productivity

Enhance customer experience by implementing end to end process improvements

All work instructions are reviewed and updated according

Develop good working relationships with all stakeholders

Cross training within team and across PTM (Asset) team.

Role Type: Permanent, Full Time

Strong experience in payments (High Value & Low Value Products)

Focus towards risk management

Good communication skills with ability to co-operate with internal parties.

Accuracy and attention to detail. Understand the risk and always be alerted on the method of mitigating that risk.

Good knowledge of payment products and processes. Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
