Your role

Do you thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment? Are you comfortable working independently and as part of a team? We're looking for someone like that to:

- Ensure accurate and timely execution of domestic and international remittances, preferably with a working knowledge of SWIFT, MEPS and G3 platforms.
- Provide cheque / draft services
- Manage and reconcile discrepancies within UBS internal control accounts
- Handle charge/fee payment and collections
- Adhere to the bank's internal guidelines and the local regulatory policies related to our products
- Handle client queries, requests and issues on payments in a service-oriented fashion
- Follow-up and conduct investigation on any payment related issues
- Provide daily/monthly KPI report for management purpose
- Initiate opportunities for process enhancement and re-engineering

Your team

You'll be working in the Payments team in Singapore. We're part of Personal & Corporate Banking Operations, and are responsible for the handling of payment instructions, including standing orders, G3 and direct debits for customers, internal entities or financial institutions.

Your expertise

You have:
- 1 to 2 years banking experience
- Proven communication and interpersonal skills
- Managed or participated in change initiatives/projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Working knowledge of Swift and MEPS
- Good Microsoft Excel skills
