Description
Job Functions:
- Upload and review payroll reports utilizing payroll and time and attendance system, and make corrections as required.
- Ensure the appropriate processing of bi-monthly payroll, deductions and other related adjustments in a timely, accurate manner in adherence to Employment Act, Inland Revenue Authority Singapore, Government Regulations and Human Resources Policies, including identifying and communicating improvements.
- Research and respond to routine employee payroll questions (e.g. : Leaves, Attendance & ESPP)
- Register finger prints for new hires
- Serve as ESPP helpdesk by responding to in person questions
- Verify employee data are entered correctly in the system
- Assist with training managers and new users on time and attendance system.
- Submit claims to Government Authorities in timely manner.
- Responsible in proper filing and archiving of data/documents.
- Min Diploma or equivalent in related field
- Min 2 years experience in payroll processing related experience
- Handle payroll of 300 headcounts before
