We are pleased to be partnering a European-headquartered Financial Services Group to appoint a Payroll Analyst (circa. $72k-$80 base per annum) into their Human Resources (HR) team. They pride themselves on devising bespoke solutions tailored to their clients\xe2\x80\x99 specific goals and expectations, primarily through blending investment portfolios with personal values so as to derive the largest and most meaningful returns. Based in Singapore, this is an individual contributor role.Reporting into the Head of HR for Singapore, the incoming will ensure accurate and timely payroll processing as well as the effective administration of employee benefits programs, operationalised through their HR Information Systems. This includes but is not limited to the following:
\xe2\x80\x93 Responding to queries and resolving discrepancies on all related topics
\xe2\x80\x93 Partnering vendor to administer and process payroll for all employees in Singapore, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies, applicable laws and regulations
\xe2\x80\x93 Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance and other company-sponsored benefits
\xe2\x80\x93 Maintain the HR Information Systems (HRIS)
\xe2\x80\x93 Assist in the development and communication of related HR policies and procedures
\xe2\x80\x93 Participate in Payroll, Benefits, HRIS and other HR projects and initiatives as needed
\xe2\x80\x93 Identify opportunities for process improvements in payroll, benefits administration, HRIS and to raise overall employee satisfactionAside from the requisite Payroll skills, desirable personal qualities include being meticulous, proactive and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
