Responsibilities & Duties : * Support the full spectrum of HR and Administration functions in payroll, training and development, compensation and benefits, performance appraisals, onboard and off-b Responsibilities & Duties : Support the full spectrum of HR and Administration functions in payroll, training and development, compensation and benefits, performance appraisals, onboard and off-boarding procedures and any other duties that may be assigned. Maintain up-to-date Employee records on Quick HR system. Perform payroll processing, compensation and benefits administration. Prepare and maintain training records of workers and personnel to support Project Team submissions to Project sites and for Tender purpose. Handle the administration of employee's benefits such as annual and medical leaves, staff's insurance and claims. Responsible for reviewing and optimizing training grants for Employee training. Handle MOM Work Pass related matters including Work Pass application, renewal and cancellation. Responsible for statutory payments of CPF, foreign worker levy, IR8A & IR21 Responsible for the submissions of government claims such as paid childcare leave, maternity leave and levy waiver etc. Assist with statutory reporting and surveys (e.g. LMS, MOM Surveys, etc.) In-charge, order and replenish office stationery, pantry supplies, office equipment, uniform and other miscellaneous items. Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
