We are currently seeking a self-driven and time-conscious Payroll and KPI Accountant to join our team. Job Highlights:

Responsibilities:
- Deliver timely analytical reports on individual and team KPIs
- Compute fixed and variable payroll and incentive payroll based on KPI attainment
- Utilize a customized data processing application to assist with payroll computations
- Learn from an experienced CPA mentor with management accounting experience
- Strong quantitative analysis skills
- Competent in the use of spreadsheet formulas
- Detail-oriented and timeline-sensitive
- Diligent in checking work for errors
- Up-to-date with the latest policy changes
- 5-day work week
