The role:
We are looking for a digital native HR professional who is passionate in helping to build a modern and progressive employee experience using payroll systems, data, insights in HR and especially Payroll and report on the health of our people organization and help shape our people strategies.
If you love people AND you love using systems in Payroll and data then we have the job for you! You will lead our systems, data and analytics discipline for HR operations across the MyRepublic group to ensure we build progressive, consistent and well communicated people practices and policies that are aligned to support our business objectives, company values and local country requirements. You will drive ownership and support for all facets of our HR digital employee experience.
