Benefits Summary:

  • Basic up to $3000
  • Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday 9.00 to 5.30 and Sat: 9.00 to 12.00 (One Sat duty per month)

Responsibilities:
  • Process attendance records and employee claims.
  • Prepare and process payroll information.
  • Check and ensure all relevant paperwork is in order.
  • Coordinate with the HR Department about changes in payroll(e.g terminations, new hires)
  • Oversee electronic payments and distribution of payroll cheques.
  • Process other financial compensations or deductions.
  • Handle employee benefit expenses.
  • Produce reports to upper management upon request.
  • Handle employee questions/complaints about salaries and payments.
  • Work with authorities (e;g IRAS) on audits or requests.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties that may be requested from time to time.
