Job Description

• Position: Payroll cum Finance Executive
• Salary: $2,500 - $3,000
• Working Days : 5 Days
• Working Hour : 830am-6.00pm
• Location: Macpherson

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for preparation and closing of quarterly financial statements
• Responsible for sending invoices to company clients/customers
• Prepare and submission of quarterly Audit and tax queries
• Prepare monthly financial and management reports
• Perform reconciliation of suppliers\' statements and ensure all disputes are resolved.
• Assist in payment/collection and petty cash reimbursement.
• Prepare and submission of quarterly GST returns.
• Manage timely closing process and reconciliations including for intercompany transactions.
• Monthly payroll processing including CPF contribution ,staff attendance, etc
• Maintain proper documentation and filing
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior / management

Requirement:

• At least Diploma in Accountancy
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in payroll / finance duties
